SINGLE SUBJECT CREDENTIAL PROGRAM
I teach two courses in the Single Subject Credential Program. I teach Secondary Teaching and Learning in the fall and Secondary Integrated Thematic Units in the spring. I provide pedagogical resources online to help the teacher candidates understand educational research and how to apply it to their day to day practices.

I am the coordinator for the MA in Education program. And I teach multiple courses in curriculum and instruction.
Master of Arts in Education Culminating Experience Resources and Supports

This open community cougar course website provides resources for the culminating experience in the Master of Arts in Education. Master of Arts in Education graduate students have the choice to create a curriculum project or conduct educational research thesis to complete the culminating experience in the MA program. The final product of the culminating experience is submitted the the library electronically. The cougar course is open and accessible on the internet so all students have access from the beginning of the program.
The website modules provide resources for each of the thesis/project chapters such as chapter outlines, templates, rubrics and samples. The Thesis/Project chapters include:
Chapter One: Introduction and Statement of Problem
Chapter Two: Literature Review
Chapter Three: Methodology
Chapter Four: Research Data/Project Presentation
Chapter Five: Recommendations
In addition there are resources for research (Internal Review Board applications, data collection, and data analysis) and curriculum development (unit, lesson plan templates and resources for backward planning).
